I messed up my order, what do I do now?

Orders are pushed to our warehouse in real-time so it is unlikely that we will be able to make a change prior to shipment - this includes switching sizes or addresses.

Do you do backorders?

We do our best to keep our website inventory updated so that you are only able to order the items that we can actually ship. Unfortunately, we occasionally have a timing issue and we might take orders for an item that is out of stock. If this happens, we will not delay the rest of your order. We will ship what we can, and the unavailable items will be cancelled from your order. You will not be charged for the canceled items.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Tennessee. Appropriate charges will be added to your total.

What are the care instructions for my FITS® socks?

Turn socks inside out before washing. Wash in warm water. DO NOT BLEACH. Tumble dry with medium heat. DO NOT IRON.
