Job Description

As FITS® Creative Director you will be responsible for setting brand creative direction and overseeing creative execution through all areas of the business.

Brand Responsibilities

  • Define, develop and deploy brand direction
  • Establish, promote and protect design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Work directly with graphic designer to design and execute creative direction throughout all aspects of the business
  • Provide strategic direction and oversee execution of all design-related needs for brand assets including marketing collateral, product branding and product aesthetic design
  • Access external talent for creative development and execution as necessary


B2C Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute all visual web design for e-commerce with a focus on enhanced user experience and increasing conversion
  • Leverage UI/UX best practices and best-in-class examples to create wireframes and user flows to communicate interactions and design concepts
  • Collaborate with E-commerce team to ideate, create and produce effective email campaigns
  • Provide marketing collateral support throughout all e-commerce advertising channels (organic/paid social, affiliates, display, direct mail, etc.)


B2B Responsibilities

  • Provide creative direction for all necessary print needs including seasonal catalogs, sales tools and retail POP’s
  • Provide direction for tradeshow presentation with an emphasis on creating an environment to maximize engagement with buyers
  • Provide clear direction for sell through concepts and executions both visually and verbally


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Design Degree
  • 5 (+) years of work experience in design
  • Proficiency using Mac OSX, Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic mind-set and understanding of forward planning and creative solutions
  • Passion for creativity and aesthetics
  • Experience and understanding of branding, print and digital
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing with the ability to translate large branding ideas to multiple touch points in all channels
  • Ability to understand key business objectives and translate them into visual assets and messaging
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and manage deadlines, new challenges and changing priorities
  • Ability to follow direction and embrace constructive input

The Perfect Fit Starts With the Right Size.

Your sock size shouldn’t be a guessing game. Our socks range from small to double XL, but the best way to know the perfect fit for you is to match your shoe size to the chart on the left. That way, you’ll know the size you select will give you the fit and feel you expect.

Between sizes? Go with your gut, but rest assured that your socks will still fit great. If you receive your order and find yourself wishing you’d gone up or down a size, just let us know. We’ll happily send you replacements for your preferred size.

Concerned about laundry mix-ups? All FITS® socks are coordinated by color and size, based on the colors you see on the size chart. So, you won’t have to worry about mixing up your sizes with the other FITS® wearers in your home. (But stray socks mysteriously going missing in the dryer? Unfortunately, we can’t help with that.)
